Demolition of existing living room and kitchen and removal of debris. Site preparation, including framing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, and installation of any necessary infrastructure.

Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, and fixtures. Finish work, including painting, flooring, and backsplash installation in the kitchen. In the living room, install flooring, paint, and any custom carpentry, such as built-in bookshelves or a fireplace mantel. Final touch-ups and installation of any remaining fixtures or finishes.

• Month 1: Site evaluation, zoning and permitting research, feasibility studies, and design plans.
• Month 2-3: Finalize design plans, develop detailed construction schedule, secure necessary permits and approvals, hire subcontractors, and order materials.
• Month 4: Begin site preparation and excavation.

• Month 5-8: Begin construction, starting with foundation and framing, followed by installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, insulation, and drywall.
• Month 9-10: Finish interior work, such as flooring, painting, and cabinetry.
• Month 11-12: Complete exterior work, such as landscaping, driveway paving, and fencing.

• Month 13-14: Schedule inspections and testing for all construction work, including building and safety codes, environmental standards, and mechanical and electrical systems.
