  • Finalize the design plan and obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

Demolition of existing living room and kitchen and removal of debris. Site preparation, including framing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, and installation of any necessary infrastructure.

Step 3: Installation and Finishing

Step 3: Installation and Finishing

Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, and fixtures. Finish work, including painting, flooring, and backsplash installation in the kitchen. In the living room, install flooring, paint, and any custom carpentry, such as built-in bookshelves or a fireplace mantel. Final touch-ups and installation of any remaining fixtures or finishes.

  • Month 18: Conduct final walk-through with client to ensure satisfaction and hand over completed project.
